David D. Hiskey
Attorney
David D. Hiskey is a Yorba Linda native and has practiced law for more than thirty-five years.
From the beginning, Mr. Hiskey limited his practice to estate and wealth transfer planning, including charitable gift planning, trust administration, and probate. He received his law degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 1983. He has been certified by the State Bar of California as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law since 1993. He is certified as a qualified advisor by Kingdom Advisors, an organization for financial professionals dedicated to the integration of faith and practice. He is also a member of WealthCounsel, LLC, a national organization of estate planning attorneys who share their knowledge and experience with one another. Mr. Hiskey has been a speaker at estate planning seminars sponsored by numerous organizations.
Mark A. Fitter
Attorney
Mark is a counselor and mentor by nature and comes to us after many years in the ministry serving as a pastor and hospice chaplain. A lifetime learner, Mark has five earned degrees and is member of two academic societies, Mensa and Internal.
Mark’s professional resume also includes holding his real estate broker’s license having extensive experience in listing and selling commercial and residential properties as well as drafting residential and commercial lease agreements.
Mark’s background and journey has laid the foundation for his legal practice, which includes estate, probate and trust administration as well as real estate and business representation. Mark is also a member of WealthCounsel, LLC, a national organization of estate planning attorneys who share their knowledge and experience with one another.
In his spare time he enjoys exercise, sports, biking, woodworking and the outdoors. Mark also provides pro bono services for pastors and leads an organization that assists pastors and their families in transition.
Mark cares deeply for people and loves to be a help to them. He enjoys connecting and learning about those he is privileged to assist.
Blair Hiskey
Paralegal
Blair Hiskey is our estate planning paralegal. With over fifteen years at the firm, she is responsible for maintaining and utilizing our document drafting software through our relationship with WealthCounsel, LLC.
Teresa Jones
Client Care Coordinator
Teresa is our Client Care Coordinator working to serve our clients and attorneys with remarkable communication and efficiency. Teresa ensures that our clients remain informed regarding the status of their matter and provides assistance to our clients with questions or concerns they may have. As a prior counselor working with clients, Teresa is one to show kindness and care to all.

In Teresa's spare time, she enjoys coaching her daughters softball team, attending church, spending quality time with her family, and enjoying a relaxing night at home.
Kayla Moran
Kayla is currently attending Northern Arizona University, majoring in Social Work. With self-determination, hard work, and integrity, Kayla plans on pursuing a career in the legal field. In the near future, Kayla plans on attending Law School to achieve her goals. In her leisure time, she enjoys quality time with family, attending church, helping at community service events, and spending time in the outdoors.
